How do I receive my license key?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your license key within minutes. The key will also be displayed on the checkout confirmation page. Save it somewhere safe!
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Yes! Your license key can be activated on up to 2 computers at a time (e.g., desktop and laptop). If you need to move your license to a new machine, you can deactivate it from the old one in Settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through our secure payment provider. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
What happens when my license expires?
When your license expires after 1 year, MurmurTone will stop working until you renew. Your settings and preferences are preserved, so if you renew later, everything will be exactly as you left it.
Is there a refund policy?
Absolutely. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. We want you to be completely happy with MurmurTone.
Will the price increase after Early Access?
Prices may increase for new customers after Early Access ends. However, your rate is locked in forever - if you purchase at $49/year during Early Access, that's your renewal rate for life.
Do I need internet to use MurmurTone?
Only for the initial model download and one-time license activation. After that, MurmurTone works 100% offline. Your voice and transcriptions never leave your machine.
